A required appliance for most restaurant and eatery kitchens. They are designed to keep large amounts of food cold to reduce the risks of food poisoning. Stand-alone and reach-in units are standards, specialized and larger walk-in refrigerators may be necessary depending on the restaurant's needs. Many varieties today come in varieties that are energy efficient or perhaps an open display if necessary.
A regular refrigerator is a smaller and more personal size, designed solely for personal use.
