What size Syrup Warmer can I get and what should I look for?

By Samantha Lathrop

A device ranging in size from 1 to 3 or more gallons. They are the perfect appliance for any ice cream shop or even your home to warm syrup to a perfect and ready-to-serve temperature. Just plug it in, let the syrup warm up inside and when it is ready, use the easy pour dispenser to add it to your favorite treat or drink.

Generally, if you are heating maple syrup, the highest temperature should be around 125-degrees Fahrenheit so the syrup will not crystallize. Chocolate syrup warmers typically have an open top and use a spoon to drip syrup on as desired. Caramel and other flavored syrup are similar to maple syrup and may crystallize if heated above 125 Fahrenheit or for extended periods of time.
