Most batter recipes consist of egg, flour, sugar, and butter combined according to taste. Powder batter can be bought at local grocery stores or in bulk from a distributor, supplier, or restaurant supply store. Waffle cone batter is similar to pancake and belgian waffle batters but pressed in a waffle cone maker as opposed to poured into a pain.
