Ice cream products and flavors will sell differently at different locations.
At our franchise, we offered soft serve ice cream and it was the most popular. To many people things that are warmer seem to have more flavor. With it's warmer temperature and smoother consistency, soft serve is a favorite among ice cream eaters.
Some of our hottest selling flavors included:
1. chocolate brownie fudge
2. mint chocolate chip
3. butter pecan
4. anything with candy mixed in
We have also had seasonal flavors that sold very well like pumpkin ice cream around Halloween and Egg Nog during the Christmas season. The richer and crazier flavors were ordered a lot. People love candy, chocolate and fudge. The gooier the better.
