HoneyBaked Ham Co. and Bruster's Real Ice Cream have joined together to create a franchise. They are actively searching for a franchisee, and hope to develop outside of the Philadelphia, PA area.
HoneyBaked Ham and Bruster's Ice Cream would look like separate businesses from the outside of their building, but would share a preparation area on the inside. The goal is to generate revenue for both businesses all year round.
HoneyBaked Ham has more than 400 locations nationwide, while Bruster's Ice Cream has more than 260 locations.
