Ben Cohen may be the co-founder of one of the most famous ice cream brands in the world, but his latest efforts have been endorsing John Edwards as a presidential candidate.
To support the democratic contender, Cohen founded Caucus for Priorities in light of Iowa's upcoming Jan. 3 caucuses. The group claims 10,000 Iowans have pledged their support to Edwards, by way of questionnaires and interviews.
Naturally, one can't help but wonder what kind of Ben & Jerry's concoction would represent Edwards, to which Cohen responded, "I haven't figured that out. I just know it isn't going to be one of those fluffy ice creams. It's going to be very solid."
