Tara's Organic Ice Cream opened its second store in Berkeley, CA this past August. The first store is located in Santa Fe, NM. It has continued to receive praise for being not only completely organic, but as environmentally friendly as possible.
All of the ice cream is made with certified organic ingredients. All containers and utensils are compostable, every paper product is made from recycled materials, cleaning supplies are environmentally friendly, and energy efficient equipment is used. The stores actively recycle daily.
Tara's Organic Ice Cream was the first organic ice cream shop in Santa Fe.
