How To Promote Ice Cream in Your Community

By Tara Pfahler

Many ice cream stores create ice cream treats that recognize and pay tribute to events in the community, as well as people or groups who have accomplished something of public interest.

For example, if your local high school football team is doing well, you can create a sundae or other ice cream treat specifically dedicated to them, and offer a special discount for students and members of the team.

A promotion like this can help draw more customers to your ice cream business, especially as the weather starts to turn chilly in colder climates.

Some businesses will also donate a portion of their profits from the promotion to the specific group, cause, or individual. Keeping your business name visible and giving back to your community is always a great thing!
