Chocolate "Magic Shell" Ice Cream Topping Recipe

This delicious ice cream topping gets its name because it "magically" hardens onto ice cream as soon as it is poured.

The recipe's secret is coconut oil. This is what hardens when the topping is chilled.

Here is a simple recipe for Caramel Crunch ice cream topping.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of finely chopped caramel cooking chocolate
1/2 cup of coconut oil
Pinch of salt

Directions:

Combine in glass bowl.
Melt until completely liquid.

Put in a squeeze bottle and serve over ice cream!

And remember...don't refrigerate it, or it will harden!
