Gelato Case Manufacturer

We are opening a shop in Costa Rica soon. I have been in California observing shops. They do have some really exciting ones here! I have noticed a particular toppings display case that we must have, and have been extensively search web sights for it.

At first I thought it was specially made for a particular franchise, however I have view it in a number of shops so now I think it might be obtainable. My disruption is not the best but here goes???

Glass front display cabinet (such as in the Gelato cases), area for different toppings to set, and directly behind a large stone or stainless steal freezer plate where the toppings are mixed into the ice cream before presentation to the client. Possibly some one could provide me with the manufacturer name or contact information.

Congratulations. Opening a shop is so exciting.

The equipment you are looking for is called a "frost top". Have found a few, they are all stainless steal, which isn't all that bad, but I really wish I could find a stone one. Any suggestions would be great. The Happy Cow, and Marble Slab stores were the first places I saw this idea presented.

In Miami you can find some manufacturers for a frost top there's a company called atlas metal.
