I just received an email regarding:
My husband and I have just opened a soft-serve ice cream store this spring. We are looking to expand our product line to include ice cream cakes and pies.
Where do I get the right molds for the cakes? Is there a special icing that you have to use on ice cream cakes and where would I find a supplier?

To find ice cream cake molds you should visit coldmolds.com. They have very easy to use flexible cake and pie molds. There is a lot of great information on this site - there is even an instructional training video that will show you step by step what you need to do.
