;) I am planning on opening up a ice cream stand in Stellarton, Nova Scotia Canada in a park that overlooks the Countys baseball field and I am consurned about the risks about opening it. :p It would be appreciated if you could email me back with some sort of statistics, surveys etc to help me fully understand the industry of selling ice cream.

unfortunately there isnt a lot of free information out there on this type of stuff. but as with any business it is risky - but proper business planning will help eliminate most of those risks.
