Wow this is pretty cool. I've never had it so I don't know how it tastes, but it's definitely a new concept for the ice cream industry with made to order ice cream.

Have any of you been to IcePan? They say they use 100% all natural ingredients so that is good. How does it taste?

Do you think this is a concept that will last or is it just a short lived fad? I can imagine that the line could get pretty long for customers waiting.

Frito Frio is a business concept of Frederick Siy, who got the idea in 2005 when he chanced upon a restaurant selling fried ice cream in France. Frito Frio introduced a whole new concept of fried-to-order pre-mixed flavors. Frito Frio has the customer's own unique preference in mind. They serve preservative-free, made-to-order sundaes and toppings. They will soon be expanding their product line to serve other food and drinks.

Well that is kinda cool, but it also looks a little strange to me. Especially in the last video where the ice cream is in little "rolls" - that just doesn't look creamy to me ...

I wonder what the texture of the ice cream is like. I've never had this ice cream before, but would be curious to try it.
