What kind of shop are you looking to open? Will you make your own ice cream? If you have some specific questions, please post them and we will try to help you out. The more specific the better.

I am trying to open up a shop as well. Have just been doing tons of research trying to make sure I have a solid understanding of the business before I jump into it!

Hopefully we can figure everything out and get our shops open!
