How are your shops handling the economic crisis we are currently in? Have you seen revenue drop since the bailout plan or is your business doing just fine?

Are you ramping up advertising to get more customers in?

For those of you not in the business yet - does the economy make you reconsider going into business now?

Yeah, the economy is a bit scary right now and it's difficult to secure financing so it's making me reconsider when I might enter the ice cream business.

I wonder how ice cream sells in these hard times - does it sell more because people want their comfort foods or do people buy less from ice cream shops and more from grocery stores where they can get a cheap gallon?
