Hi all, I just bought a Kenwood Ice Cream Maker. Can any one tell me why my ice cream isn't freezing satisfactorily? I've followed the recipe's instructions closely. One hour into freezing and my ice cream still looked quite soft (semi-watery). I transferred the soft mixture into the freezer to hardened. So far, my first chocolate ice cream were rich and textured. My strawberry sorbet seems a bit icy though. Thanks in advance. Zac:confused:
