does anyone know of any good wholesalers for the raw materials I need for italian ice? I want the consistency and quality of say a Rita's or a Ralph's-preferably Ralph's.

Hi! A very popular company is I.Rice Company. It's Philadelphia-style where the Rita's franchise originated.

No, haven't opened my shop yet. Rough climate to get a loan in right now ... still doing my research and planning!

Hi,I have also been doing tons of research and started putting together the business plan. Trying to see how much I actually need to get started. I am just very anxious to get going on it all. I would think that banks are going to have to start loosening up with the lending. I would rather borrow than use my cash on hand. How does anyone else feel about that?

cash flow is king in business. best to keep your cash flow and borrow if possible.

Thats the plan going forward. Makes a lot of sense. I have to get over the part of owing someone(bank) money, part of doing this will need me to change some of my mindsets.
