Greetings to all. My name is Gerardo and I opened a wholesale business in Charlotte, NC last year selling gelato, sorbetto and italian ice to the local restaurants, especially pizzerias and ice cream shops that don't make their own product. I look foward to chatting about the current state of the ice cream business.

Hi Gerardo! Welcome to the forum. Just curious ... Did you already have your clients (pizza shops and etc) lined up before you started the business or did you start it and then go searching for clients?

Was it difficult to get your clients to agree to sell your product?
