I don't know that there is one out there. Most people keep their commercial recipes guarded as it is what makes you stand out from the competition. My best advice would be to search for homemade ice cream recipes and mess with the measurements until you come up with something you like.

A lot of making your own ice cream is trial and error. And it can be fun coming up with your own creations as well.
