Business Plan Help_I bought the Italian Ice one

Has anyone else purchased any of the Ice Cream,or Italian Ice Business Plans? I bought the italian ice one and it is great. Lots of info in there and does really help get things started. Im a little confused on some of the finacial parts of it. That is probably the only thing I think that could have been done better with this plan. Maybe some instructions on how they arrived at the sample numbers or maybe if they included 2 different samples. one with bank and personal funding.

Some things I need help with are an explanation for the CPM profile. When figuring the start up expenses on section 8.2 I am not sure how to figure out the liabilities numbers. Also in that section where does the funding from the bank come into play? The opening day balance sheet is a bit confusing as well as the break even analysis. I just wish there were instructions and explanations on how to arrive at the numbers.
