Im opening a new ice cream store in a few weeks. We are having a cold stone counter. We were wondering what can we call it for our marketing purposes? Can we say, cold stone counter or cold stone station or do we have to create another name for it like cold marble station etc....... any ideas on the cold stone creamery, do they have the copy rights or whatever legally it is called to say cold stone counter????????? Thanks for your help

Hi!

It's best to stay away from a 'franchise' name. I have a shop and it's in the South, so we 'mash in' ingredients on a board. . . so we call it a mash in board. You've heard of mix-in, crush-in,now mash-in. What about FUN station, Custom station, Stuff it station. . . just brainstorming!

All the best!

I agree. You don't want to look like some small shop trying to copy the big guys.
