Hi guys,

Im new to this forum, just looking for some help and information on starting up my first gelato and cookie store. Never done it before, deciding to start it up in a few months. Used to be in London, loved the Houston weather so decided to move over permanently.

what have you found so far in your research about gelato? do you think there is a huge market for it in the U.S.?

You can definitely charge more for gelato at smaller portions than ice cream. Have you figured out your cost of goods to make gelato? How much will you charge and etc?

Please feel free to share an interesting research you've found.

Also how are you financing your shop?
