I am also opening a shop in a few weeks and I am interested in your answer. The fountainettes are expensive. And I am wondering what toppings do need to be cold.

I have one, I acquired it when I bought some equipment, I don't use it.
It is a 4 foot long x 8 inch wide stainless steel container with the plastic containers and pumps that fit properly.
So they are available.
My opinion, buy the proper refrigerated equipment the first time.

I just measured the one I have, it's 30 inches long and will hold 6 containers.
I have 3 containers,4 lids and two pumps, the guy I got it off is supposed to bring the rest some time this summer. I'm 40 miles north of Toronto Ontario Canada. You want to pick it up? (just kidding)

Sure Thing I'll be right up. Since I am probably 4 hours south of Chicago, Il.
hmm. Maybe you can give me some advice, I haven't talked to my rep yet, I thought all toppings and syrups had to be refrigerated???? Well not all toppings let me rephrase chocolate, marshmellow, carmel, butterscotch etc.

The only one you mentioned that I refrigerate is Marshmallow.
I bought a tub of marshmallow, 30 LB, it's like glue with no instruction.
On the web it says to cut it with simple syrup and then refrigerate, so I did.
The other syrups don't say to refrigerate so I don't.
I also have strawberry, cherry and blueberry that are refrigerated, don't know if I have to or not I just do.
You know those $200 pumps, mine sit empty, plastic squirt bottles work better and are easier to clean.
