Hello all, I just bought an ice cream shop in Michigan. I'm in the process of getting incorporated & just got my keys. I'm looking for information on licenses to file with the FDA, state, federal etc. It's overwhelming...any advice? We are serving soft serve ice cream, yogurt, shaved ice, slushies & food (sandwiches, hot dogs, nachos, etc.) We have indoor/outdoor seating for 13 people. We were both laid off from our banking jobs & decided to go for it, though we have never owned our own business before. Super excited but crazy nervous Yikes!
