Can you make ice at home

I am thinking of buying a batch freezer and make some italian ice. Does anyone out there know if it is legal to make it at home and sell it Ice queen where do you make your ice from your batch freezer?? Thanks Vickie

Sorry I can't be of much help here, I'm ordering my ice for starters and then may consider graduating to making my own. It sounds like Pat (Neonlady) may be venturing into making her own. Good luck and keep us posted!
