Hi everyone, I'm new and just starting the "thinking" process of starting an ice cream business. I have no idea how to make ice cream so my first question is..Is it necessary to make your own ice cream? I live in the south and we have Mayfield's here. I was thinking about buying from them to supply the ice cream. Is that a good idea? Any feedback would be much appreciated.
