Which type of Batch freezer for Italian Ice?

Hello all!

I would like to know which type of batch freezer works best to make italian ice. I've been searching the net for batch freezers and saw that there are types for soft-serve and the hard ice cream type batch freezer. Would either work to make italian ice with good consistency?
