Hello Everyone,
We are new the business and I haven't seen anyone post this question for soft-serve. We have a Taylor Triple-head, Soft-serve machine. When we get the (yogurt) mix we can determine how much each ounce costs. How do we translate that into portions of soft-serve, as far as setting prices goes?
