Hello,
I've owned a non-franchised ice cream shop for four years now. We have a local shop supplying all of our ice cream. While the taste is amazing, the price is killing us. In order to stay open, we are going to need to find another supplier of ice cream. Sysco can get us Blue Bunny and Bryers, but this is just a huge step down in quality for us.
Does anyone have any suggestions on ice cream suppliers that can get us a great product without asking us to sign up with their franchise?

I use Sysco and my clients love the icecream that we get from Schoeps and Blue Bunny .

If the price is killing you, why don't you increase your prices a little ? And if the taste is good then obviously it has something to attract more and more customers. You can find suppliers on afooddirectory.com. Try to increase your sales that will bring down the marginal cost for you. Hope my suggestions works for you.

I'm looking into suppliers. I was interested in the franchise, no fee, from Florida = The Ice Cream Club. Does anyone know anything about them? Thanks
