i own a small cakery......and i'm looking into adding ice cream cakes to my line up:p....
looking for any advice i could get......
i saw a video online where they lined the bottom of a latex mold...and added soft serve to the top....and just stuck them in the freezer.....
is this the fastest way to do it?
looking for a source for the cake molds too.
