Thanks to all of you for your continued help and support so far. The dream is so close I can taste it! haha

So I was wondering--what can I expect to pay in electric bills each month? I read it costs roughly $400 a month to run a walk-in freezer (which I'll have). What about dipping cabinets and your run of the mill merchandisers and commercials coolers? I'm working on my business plan right now and I can't seem to make the numbers work where i'll be profitable without charging an arm and a leg.

Thanks in advance!!

It costs me 3 cents a customer. 1800 for the summer.
I run a large twist machine, 4) chest freezers, 3) 4 foot dipping freezers, 1) topping bar, 1) pop cooler and all the little stuff. Hydro rates are about 10 cents a KWH.

I don't know what you mean by ouch.
I figured 3 cents a customer is quite livable.
You have to break your costs down, if 1800 for 6 months sounds like a lot that's only 300 a month, what are you going to do when the wholesaler arrives with a bill for 5,000 to keep you going for a week.
Last year I spent over 80 grand, Just depends how you look at it.
