      Default My location selection

      This is the building we are looking to lease for our Ice cream shop in Sacramento.
      We are thinking about painting it red.. maybe not that bright but its a VERY quick sketch out of what the idea is tell me what you think it will be kinda... the identity of our shop.

      By the way does anyone know how much it would be to upgrade a building to 220v for all the equipment in the kitchen and display?
      its about 600square feet i think...

      Hi Jeremy,

      I think it wouldn't cost more than a couple hundred dollars depending on how many new outlets you need installed.

      Also the red looks great - def makes the place stand out more - you might also want to trim up the foliage growing on the building - so your shop is more visible from the road.

      generally, for our equipments, around $100 will be added if upgrading a building 110V to 220v
