Here is an inexpensive dipping cabinet you might want to purchase:

Do you know what style you are going for? Traditional or more contemporary designs?

Hi,
Aside from your batch freezer, you will need:
Storage: refrigerator, consider a walk-in if you are making product.
Storage: freezer, cabinet or walk-in. Choose based on volume you will be making and how often. (Blast freezer too, but only if you make cakes)
Dipping cabinet: will you display it or not. This will determine if you need chest type freezer or one with visual access for customer.
Cake display freezer: access by customer or by employees only.
Brands available: Most well know are Kelvinator and Masterbilt in terms of dipping units and freezers. True is also well known.
Your batch freezer should meet your needs in terms of the product you are making.
!Hope this helps
