Hello, My name is Bereck. I was born in Costa Rica. I live in Dominican Rep.I am planning on starting an ice cream business this year. Any advice, marketing, business plan sample, manufacturers advice, any used equipment for sale, any mix recommendations are welcome. Looking forward to meeting all of you guys.

Bereck, Welcome to you. My name is Neil I'm in Florida and I just found this forum last week. I am planning an Italian Ice pushcart business which I hope to start sometime in the fall of 2009. Looking into all the details like how I should legally setup my business, licences, permits etc. Good luck to you in your venture. Neil
