I'm seriously looking into both options and I'd like to know the pros/cons of the two. I am actually slightly more partial to the truck because I know that I can get at large crowds more easily and move when it gets slow (or not open at all if it rains) Also, does anyone have any experience with the Taylor FlavorBurst system? Looks like it would attract lots of customers, but is it worth it?
