Hi, everybody!
I'm a student in London and I have to write a proper,realistic business plan. I decided to write one for an Italian Ice Cream shop.
A lot of questions arrised and the information about it it's not easy or impossible to find on net. This is why I very much ask for your help. As there are a list of questions that you cannot ask, and I'm not sure about which one of them, I'll just put a list of questions and if you have something to say about any of them,do feel free to do it.
1. How much more or less is your onthly variable cost at a average ice cream shop (water , electricity etc)?
2. How do you count how much scoops you should sell out of the amount of ice cream you have? By volume? By weight?
3. How do you monitor and check that you are not ripped of by your stuff? for example in a pub you have 3 bottles of tonic and you have to have 30 pounds, but with Ice cream by scoops it's different.
4. The list of equipment that an ice cream shop needs.
5. When more or less you had your break even point ,in case you own an ice cream shop?
6. How many costumers in average do you have?
7. How do you advertise your Ice Cream shop and how much it costs you?
