An All American Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Shop is a fun
people business that appeals to a wide consumer base, requires a minimum amount
of inventory and is a cash business that is relatively easy to operate. All American
stores do not require long hours, a large staff or the need for a substantial
facility. An
All American shop is a low-stress alternative to the typical restaurant and, is

Our shops are located in
regional shopping malls, neighborhood "strip" centers and specialty
retail locations. Our stores have a bright and contemporary design scheme that
attracts and maintains a wide and varied customer base.
We seek individuals
and multi-store owners in states west of the Mississippi River. We will consider
multi-store area development rights in any part of the United States.
Store
Design Once your site is selected, we will guide you through
the store construction process with a prototype floor plan, design criteria, equipment
list, and complete specifications for construction and decor.
Depending
on your requirements, we can put you in contact with our architect to design and
draw a complete set of construction blueprints for your store, or you may utilize
the services of an architect located in your community using our specifications.
All American's interior design has been developed from years of research and experience.
Our restaurants have clean lines, a contemporary feel, prominent windows and appealing
color schemes. As a result, your store will have a cheerful feel, as well as a
modern, inviting look - a design that makes your customers feel comfortable, while
it functions to maximize sales.
Training We
have an extensive training program designed to make you knowledgeable in our field.
Our training program consists of classroom and in-store training.
Training
begins at our corporate office in Portland, Oregon. You will spend up to ten days
focusing on management skills, food preparation, personnel administration and
store promotions. Included is a review of All American's Confidential Operations
Manual. This manual is used in your store as a reference guide for daily store
operations, problem solving, and an aid for training staff. Prior to the opening
of your store, we'll provide in-store training for you and your staff.
Training
ensures your store's opening goes smoothly, and it works to increase your store's
long-term performance. Since training is the most important aspect of a successful
restaurant, we will continue the training process with frequent store visitations,
Operations Manual updates and other information to keep you current with operational
enhancements and recipe innovations.
We will lead you step-by-step to a
successful and fulfilling business. We seek individuals and area developers who
