This is an important phase in completing the franchise process. Try to allow at least one week for preliminary training of your management and employees. This also allows for time to make adjustments for issues that may arise. Remember you are starting a new business and you want to be successful from the opening day.

On your Grand Opening Day don't worry. A training representative will be there by your side. The trainer will assist management and employees to better serve your customer's and ensure that they receive an enjoyable dining experience. The trainer will remain on board until you are comfortable with the day to day operations of your store.
