Located in Crystal Lake, a suburb of Chicago, IL; Frozen Custard Outfitters is a small, family operated company devoted to servicing entrepreneurs with equipment and services in the desert industry. Started in 2002, Peter Wisniewski a owner/operator of a successful frozen custard shop decided to team up with his sons to bring quality deserts to those who didn’t want to become apart of a franchise, but wanted all the support services of a franchise. Once a franchisor, he saw the costly limitations of the franchise paradigm and wanted to improve upon it. Now in our fourth year, his dream has become reality and successful shops are now opening nationwide with the team’s help.
